Resort Rules – the rules are simple. If everyone follows them, then everyone has a good time!
This is the most important rule. All guests need to respect the vacation rights of their fellow guests.
The resort starts quiet hour at 10pm. If you are not ready to turn in we have a big beautiful beach as well as the Pelican Perch. Your fellow guests will appreciate your consideration.
- There is no lifeguard on duty
- Children under the age of 12 must have their parents with them
- Babies must wear swimming diapers
- Diving, toys and floats are not allowed in the pool
- No drinks in the pool or at the pool edge
- No glass in the pool area
- Pool is open from 8am until 9pm
In most cases no more than five people are allowed in a room. We appreciate that you would like to invite your friends to spend the day with you, we just ask they get a room as well.
*All Parties/Events must be approved by the sales department
Parking is limited. Trailers and RV’s are welcome with prior approval.
Please leave the bright lights and big booms to the professionals at the Town of Fort Myers Beach.
Please use the Picnic area for any grilling. Fires are not allowed on the beach, deck or in front of rooms.
Keeping our property clean is so very important and with your help, it is much easier.
Beach tents and sunshades are great to keep the Florida sun from burning your family, we just ask them to be at least 100’ from the buildings.
The only animals that we allow on property is “George” the white egret, “Sammy” the gecko and “Polly” the pelican. All others are removed from the property. Please make sure that your pets are happy and safe with their petsitter at home. When you start to miss them, please feel free to show us their photo. We are always ready to show you pictures of our 4-legged children.
Please leave the skateboard at home and bring the skimboard instead. Our parking area is small and compact and does not allow drivers to always see little ones.
We provide a refrigerator for every room to help keep your beverages cool. Coolers are great for the beach but we ask you keep them off the deck, pool and bar area.
Yes we have rules, and what family doesn’t. When you have 144 rooms of people it is better to understand and know the rules so everyone gets along. We want you to have fun, we just want you to be safe about it.
