Pool Front Efficiency
You’re bringing the kids. They will be in the pool from the moment it opens at 9:00 am until the moment it closes at 9:00 pm. Right? Then this is the room for you. The pool is right in front of your ground floor efficiency. If you like to be just above the fun and excitement, ask for a second floor room. Full kitchens allow you to put the pizza in the oven while keeping an eye on your crew as they enjoy the pool. Or better yet, put down the pots and pans, join your family, and call the Deckside Café for take-out.

Pool Side Efficiency
Want to be near the pool and Tiki Bar, but not right in the middle of all the action? These efficiencies put you slightly farther from the pool, but they’re still convenient if you want to run back to your room for more sunblock and a cold drink. Open the windows and let in the fresh, Florida sea breeze.

Office Side Efficiency
Does your vacation budget need to be stretched a bit more? This is the perfect room for you. It’s just a short walk (the furthest Office Side Efficiency is only 125 steps––we counted!) to the white sand. With everything you need to cook in the efficiency’s kitchen, you can save on eating out. Remember to stop at Publix on your way in to stock up on groceries.
Vacation Tip – You brought your shiny new car on your Florida beach vacation and can’t keep your eyes off of it? Ask for a room that has parking directly in front of it. While parking is on a first-come first-served basis, you can often get the spot right outside your door. Feel guilty about buying the shiny new car? Don’t, you deserve it!
