The staff at the Outrigger Beach Resort is here to help you have the best vacation possible.  Please let us know how we can help.

Payment Procedures - Guests are expected to establish credit with a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express at the time of check in.  We will accept cash and traveler’s checks at the time of departure.

Room Availability - Check in Time is after 4:00 pm. If you arrive early, please feel free to enjoy the pool, beach, Tiki Bar, and other property amenities until your room is ready.  The Sandtrap, a shower and change facility is available for Outrigger guests.  Please contact the front desk for information on the use of the Sandtrap.   
The Outrigger features many different room types and while your room type might not be ready at the time of your arrival, you might see guests who have reserved a different room type checking in to their room.

Room Type - We guarantee a room type, not a room floor or a room number.  We will do our best to honor any requests, however it is not guaranteed.

Parking – The Outrigger Beach Resort offers complimentary parking on a first come first served basis.  Guests must have parking permits showing during their stay.  Guests will receive these at the time of check in.
